Mental Health Recovery Of Miami has a structured patient-centered case management model. Navigating the health care system can be quite difficult; Our founder Mr. Jose Colom, is a bilingual registered nurse entrepreneur, graduated from the University Of Miami with twenty- two years of experience. Mr. Colom is highly trained in management, coordination, collaboration and the implementation of services. He works with the caregivers, physicians and other professionals to develop and deliver an individualized patient-centered care plan.
